After internal training, you will be able to take over the following responsibilities:
Exhaustive Search and Selection of candidates from the IT sector
Management of different positions, such as: IT support, SW Developers, Analysts, QA Testers, Project Managers, Product Owners...
Application of your knowledge in different technologies
Conduct phone interviews and participate in the presential interviews
Working closely with Senior consultants and support them in their projects
Develop the database and detailed Job Desriptions
Create and translate reports in English, Spanish and German related to specific HR projects
