In Melt Group we are searching for one of our clients, a worldwide Retail Company, an Operations Manager for their restaurants in Bahrain. The candidate will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, and level of service.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan, develop and implement strategy for operational management and development so as to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales.
• Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of operational management and development.
• Manage and develop direct reporting staff.
• Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
• Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of operational development.
• Contribute to the evaluation and development of operational strategy.
• Schedule labour as required by anticipated business activity.
• Fully understand and comply with all municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labour requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Fluent in English.
· Fluent in Spanish.
· At least 5 years of experience in the F&B Industry in a similar position.
· University degree.
· Candidates' competencies: Leader, persuader and influencer.

SALARY CONDITIONS:

Basic - BD 2500
Car All - BD 250
Telephone All - BD 50
Education All - BD 1200 as cash or BD 1800 against receipt per child per annum (up to 3 children)
Club Allowance - BD 300 as cash or BD 400 against receipt per year
Medical Insurance - Gold Cover for slef + family (up to 3 children)
Mobile Set - Up to BD 150 for a mobile every 2 year of service
Bonus - Based on outlet performance
Indemnity - As per labor law
26 working days leave per year of service
Ticket - Return economy ticket per year of service (self + family up to 3 children)
Discount - up to 10% discount in Supermarket
Housing is not included in the allowances.
