Job Adventure, based in Barcelona, partners with the largest coach company in the Netherlands torecruit drivers for urban line buses. As a driver, you’ll ensure safe, comfortable, and punctual transport
for passengers on urban bus lines within the city. Enjoy comprehensive training, career growth

late evenings, and weekends.
What We Offer:
• Salary: Starting from €2,600 net/month
• Benefits:
• Accommodation: €112/month or free (depending on location).
• Health insurance: €152/month
• Travel: Free public transport and €0.22/km travel allowance.
• Modern uniforms and end-of-year bonus (5.75% of gross annual salary).
• 36-hour workweek, paid overtime, and 20% shift allowance for irregular hours.
What You Will Do:
• Digital ticket sales
• Acting as a host/hostess during the bus ride, providing service to passengers
• Driving the bus under all conditions, ensuring safe and comfortable transport for passengers and
the safety of other road users
• Operating primarily electric buses
• Reporting irregularities and issues, such as traffic jams, bus occupancy, road conditions, and
detecting defects in street furniture
• Assessing the general technical condition of the vehicle and recording detected defects on the
appropriate form
• Preparing the bus for operation, including refilling oil, water, and air, setting the route, inserting
and setting the tachograph disc (if necessary), checking the functionality of onboard equipment,
and ensuring all necessary items are present
Requirements:
• Work Authorization: EU citizenship or valid work permit.
• Driver’s License: Category D with Code 95 certification and Tachograph.
• Experience: 12 months of bus driving experience within the last 3 years (or 4-6 months with
truck driving experience).
• Language: English at B1/B2 level.
• Other: Medical clearance and a Certificate of Good Conduct (CGC).
• Costs: Travel expenses to the Netherlands are the candidate's responsibility.
