Viking Real Estate Canary Islands is looking for more real estate agents!As our real estate agency is growing on an international level, we are now looking for more agents for our office in Playa de las Americas, Tenerife.
We are looking for agents who are sales-driven, professional and who can work both as a team player and individually. As an agent, you should have a positive attitude, have a high level of service and a willingness to challenge yourself.
As an agent at Viking Real Estate, you work in an international real estate office with a variety of nationalities under the same roof. We are a fast-paced workplace with clear goals and unique development opportunities, with several offices in different countries. We offer a workplace with the opportunity to do a lot of business and very good earning opportunities as well as a unique opportunity to be part of an incredibly exciting journey where the possibilities are endless.
Responsibilities
• Stage and show living spaces
• Finds and reaches out to new prospects
• Discover clients' criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria
• Negotiate living space rent and close deal with client
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 years Real Estate experience in the Canary Islands
• Knowledge of Tenerife and the local market on the island
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
• Strong communication skills
• Driver’s license
• Autónomo
• Professional level of English
• Fluent in minimum one of the following languages: Italian, German, French, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian or Icelandic
